A.R.T.
ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) is a fast-acting, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and resolve distressing memories, emotions, or images. Using guided eye movements and visualization techniques, ART allows the brain to reprocess difficult experiences in a way that reduces emotional intensity—often within just a few sessions. Unlike traditional talk therapy, clients do not need to share all the details of their trauma out loud.
