Hey! I’m Gail Janjua

Watching your teen struggle with addiction — whether it’s to substances, screens, or risky behaviors — can feel overwhelming and heartbreaking. You may see them pulling away, acting out, or becoming someone you barely recognize, and you’re not sure how to help. You're trying everything, but nothing seems to stick. That’s where I come in. I specialize in working with teens who are caught in cycles of addiction, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Whether they’re experimenting with substances, stuck in patterns of avoidance or aggression, or showing signs of a personality disorder, my approach is grounded in compassion.

I use evidence-based approaches and offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful tool that helps clients resolve stuck emotional patterns quickly and effectively. I believe healing happens when teens feel seen, safe, and empowered — and when families feel supported along the way.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to understand what’s beneath the behavior, and to support lasting change from the inside out. If you're noticing warning signs and want to get ahead of the curve, I’d be honored to walk this journey with your family.

I provide services in English and Punjabi.
