Play is the language of children. It builds important skills and provides an expressive outlet for youth who might not otherwise have the words to process their inner experiences. I use a play-based approach, integrating interventions from evidence-based therapies, to create a supportive space for children and their families to find growth towards their valued goals. As a mom myself, I know how amazing and overwhelming parenting can feel! I aim to offer empathetic guidance to parents in supporting their children through life’s challenges. I am also passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals from an affirming, strengths-based approach.
